We are proud to launch in line with this new website our Remote Doctor Service for controlling and resolving any issues with systems installed or maintained by SIGMA. Thereby keeping our customers always up to date with the latest technology and standards via sigmaes.co.uk, whilst giving them the peace of mind knowing help is more than just a phone call away.
The Remote Doctor Service entails qualified SIGMA engineers connecting directly to systems installed on client sites, remotely running diagnostic tests and rectifying any problems. All connections are password protected for security reasons and can further be set up so that the connection needs to be initiated from the client site prior to SIGMA Engineered Solutions taking over.
The ability to run remote diagnostic tests and have SIGMA Engineered Solutions resolve any issues not only reduces downtime but call-out costs as well. The tests that can be run remotely also help to quickly identify any hardware faults or malfunctions thereby ensuring that should an engineer need to attend site, the engineer would have the necessary replacement parts to hand. Furthermore, whilst we are working on the resolving any issues remotely, the person raising the call onsite can continue with other work until such time when the SIGMA Engineered Solutions shall call back upon completion.
